Challenge

Deliver a complete loyalty feature across three client platforms and an internal admin tool, on a tight two-month timeline, while staying in sync with a teammate.

Approach

Sammelpass

Owned the full delivery — Android, iOS, backend services (Java), and an admin dashboard (Java web server) for tracking the loyalty flow end-to-end. Coordinated and merged work with a colleague, taking final responsibility for shipping.

Core products

Also contributed to acardo's core products (scondoo, couponplatz), including migrating CAPTCHA protection to Cloudflare Turnstile across mobile, web, and backend.

Cloud

On the cloud side, contributed to migrating the Fulfillment Service to AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch, WAF) using Infrastructure as Code (OpenTofu) — a self-driven learning path that led to the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.

Challenge

Replace an outdated WordPress site with a fast, maintainable platform handling multi-step online pre-registration and a full admin back office.

Approach

Built and shipped solo, from architecture to deployment. Public site in French, multi-step pre-registration flow (Livewire), and an admin back office (Filament) for content, pre-registrations, and settings, with automated emails. Backed by tests (Pest), static analysis (PHPStan level 8), and consistent formatting (Pint).

Challenge

Build an end-to-end pipeline — image upload, depth estimation, 3D model generation, and a usable interface — as a solo full-stack project for a friend.

Approach

Built the entire stack alone. Users upload an image via drag-and-drop; Python scripts generate a depth map and a 3D model, exported as STL with an interactive HTML preview. Full user system (JWT auth, profiles), a dashboard with processing history, public/private galleries, and an admin panel for users, moderation, and stats.

Cross-platform app connected to a wearable sensor bracelet for real-time epilepsy seizure detection.

Challenge

Coordinate a 5-person team to deliver a working app-to-hardware pipeline — real-time seizure detection, alerting, and health tracking — within an academic timeline (Jan–May 2024).

Approach

Led the project while personally working across every part of the app, integrating each team member's contributions into a single cohesive product. Built with Flutter, communicating with the sensor bracelet over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Delivered real-time seizure detection, emergency alerts to contacts, activity tracking, and health reports for medical follow-up.
